Experience the ALASCA Summit 2025 with the ALASCA Travel Grant – your ticket to Dresden, fully covered!

We’re excited to offer a limited number of up to 5 selected students the opportunity to attend the ALASCA Summit 2025 in Dresden through our Travel Grant program. Participants will be chosen by ALASCA, and the grant covers travel and accommodation – allowing you to fully experience the event!

Who can apply for the Travel Grant?

Students from universities, colleges, or other higher education institutions who are interested in open-source technologies and eager to learn and engage with the community.

What the Travel Grant covers:

  • Travel costs (round trip via flight, train, bus, or other public transportation- bookings will be arranged by ALASCA)
  • Accommodation (booked and covered by ALASCA)

How to apply:

Simply fill out the Travel Grant application form on the ALASCA Summit website.

Application deadline: End of day, October 24, 2025

All applications will be carefully reviewed, and selected students will be contacted directly with the next steps on October 27, 2025.
