This workshop will start with a crash course on SBOM -- why it's relevant, what its various use cases are, and what forms and tools exist. Then we open a round of exchange where everyone is invited to contribute their own experience and requirements. Next we enter the main part, where we get practical and try out common SBOM tools. Finally, we will discuss whether it makes sense to found a new ALASCA Special Interest Group on SBOM.
