What?
The ALASCA OpenSnac is our podcast by and for the open source community, in which we look forward to open, genuine and unscripted conversations with guests from the OpenStack, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure world. Or quite simply, as the name promises - open conversations about open cloud infrastructure.
You can always look forward to the release of a new podcast every quarter.
Why?
With the ALASCA OpenSnac, we want to create a space for real exchange in the DACH region and collect and share the broad expertise of our community in one place. We prioritise knowledge sharing and community networking.
Who?
The podcast is produced jointly by ALASCA and our member UhuruTec AG and is aimed specifically at the open source cloud infrastructure community. Here, developers, operators and interested parties talk about OpenStack, Kubernetes and modern cloud infrastructures.
Where?
In line with our values at ALASCA, we have deliberately implemented the ALASCA OpenSnac on an open source basis and without the use of proprietary software. Accordingly, we rely on open-source alternatives both for hosting via Castopod and in the listings (including fyyd.de and podcastindex.org). You can find and listen to the podcast on open podcatchers (e.g. Podverse, AntennaPod, Podcast Addict) or by subscribing to the RSS feed directly in the app of your choice (e.g. Overcast, Castro).
To subscribe to our ALASCA OpenSnac, you can simply copy the RSS feed and paste it into the podcast app of your choice.

With ALASCA OpenSnac we are creating a space for dialogue in the German-speaking cloud environment. Developers, operators and decision-makers talk about OpenStack, Kubernetes and open infrastructures.
The focus is on knowledge, experience and discussion. The aim is to create a platform that makes voices visible and strengthens the exchange between the community, organisations and newcomers.
